📦 Shipping:

When an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Check your spam/junk inbox if you didn't receive the e-mail.
It's important to whitelist the e-mail to receive updates regarding your order, including tracking number when it's shipped.

Method: Non-Priority Registered Mail with Jordan Post.

Processing time: 24hrs - 5 business days
Delivery Time: 11-21 business days

Pre-order Products: Please refer to the description about the release date. Pre-order items will be shipped throughout the month of the release date.

Combined shipping: if you place orders separately are the same time and want them to be shipped together, let me know if you want me to ship them together, or else, they'll be treated as individual orders.

•• International Holidays National and Public Holidays around the world can sometimes cause serious delays in the delivery of your parcel.

📮 Tracking:

International orders include a tracking number which is partially updated. It will take up to 2-5 business days for the tracking information to start updating.

The update is partial once it's out of Jordan and especially information depend of the destination.

If you do not receive the package within a few days after the package arrived to your local post office, please directly contact your local post office to prevent the package from getting returned.

If a package is stuck at custom inspection, the tracking update will stop as well. Contact your local customs office about the package.

❓ Incorrect/Missing Address:

Shipping labels are printed as provided upon checkout, and I can't change your order details once it has been shipped out, hence, customers are responsible for any incorrect or missing (address) information

❗ Faults in order:

Make sure to read the description of the product before buying.

In rare circumstance that the item you've ordered has faults (eg. out-of-order/missing pages in books which I look out for intently, but sometimes occurs due to the printing books in bulk), contact me with order number and photos and I will send you a replacement free of charge. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Under the rare circumstance that a package is damaged, I cannot be held responsible (though I will do my best to assist).
In many cases, custom officers are rough with packages and they randomly open up brand new products, and don't put them back correctly in their packaging. Unfortunately, in such case I can't do anything as customs have complete right to verify the shipment.
